The seat is assembled in the USA and the wood parts that make up the seat are also made in the USA. The swivel is manufactured in the USA and so ar the glides. The frame comes from overseas and is made of 18 gauge chrome plated steel. The chrome pan is also from overseas. All uphosltery work is done by Union upholsterers in Chicago, IL.
